A strange fog has been rolling through the streets, possessed of its own preternatural sentience. Strange voices have been heard upon the wind. A series of locked boxes have been found; whose contents must not fall into unsavory hands. Many keys have been distributed, hoping to see the boxes opened at the appointed time.
The Mystik Krewe of Pandora Regina has assembled a masquerade in celebration of Mardis Gras Carnivale, where the contents of the boxes will be unveiled by the keepers of the keys. It is surrounded in the mystery and excitement of New Orleans and the macabre voodoo machinations of the bayou swamps themselves.
